Our Services
-
We collaborate early on with your Architect and/or engineer to help you achieve the best design outcome (while saving time and money on the long run).
We provide realistic 3D Renderings, preliminary design plans for bidding, then detailed plans for the construction phase: RCP, Elevations, and Floorplans.
We select all finishes like flooring, tiles, slabs,… but also lighting/plumbing fixtures, paint, cabinet style, hardware…
All samples are provided during the Presentation. We are present during the construction phase and work with your GC to not only help the project to run smoothly, but also to keep the Design Goals on target when alternative solutions are needed.
-
Cohesive and curated Design plan with realistic 3D visualization:
Furniture layout
World peaked furniture and lighting: Europe, Africa, South America, Asia…
Custom furniture for a space-appropriate, bespoke, and tailored look (locally/USA made)
Final touch or “The devil is in the details”: Accessories selection for a magazine yet lived-in finished look.
Art curation for a personalized space with a story: locally and worldwide sourced

We love designing outdoors too!
They are the extension of your home and should be designed as carefully as the Interior. The goal is to have both interior and exterior talk the same design language while providing an authentically new experience.
We can collaborate with both your Landscape Designer and Lighting scene designer :
Living spaces layout
Plant selection
Hardscape materials
Furniture & Accessories selection
Outdoor lighting style/location
Final touch: Outdoor Art/sculptures curation

1 - Introductory Call
2 - Meet & Greet | In-Person Scope of Work meeting
3 - Fee Proposal & Project kickstart -
This is the time we dig and go deep into the “how’s” and the “why’s” of what makes you tick and what doesn't, as well as developing the “What’s” that you never knew yet you will adore.
We collaborate with your Architect and Engineer, making you save time and money in the long run on costly change of mind, or mistakes.
Our particularity is that we keep in touch throughout this period to make sure we stay in synch with you. Our mission is to nail our big Design Presentation with you.

One of the most important .
Once approved, we’re moving onto phase Implementation or what is called “The roller coaster of design” that we actually love a lot. Nothing better than meeting challenges to push our creativity further, and deepen our relationship with our clients, our subs, and our vendors.
Plans at this stage are provided to your GC and subs for bidding purposes.
-
It’s construction time!
Detailed design documents and spec/install sheets are provided to subs to give them a precise understanding of the design to build. Regular jobsite/workshop visits are made to make sure the design is correctly implemented. If furnishing only, we’re moving onto the last dimensions/specs checks, ordering, tracking, receiving, managing claims, home prepping (small labor), and organizing installation day(s).

AKA The “Big Day(s)”.
When the design blooms into its final form: Reality.
By then we’ve probably already popped the champagne and celebrated the wins along the way a few times.
