Sereni-tude is a remodeling project of a renowned property in Upper Beverly Hills.

With that in mind, we were resolved to preserve as much as possible the original yet timeless bones and fabric of the house, while giving it a modern refresh, and adapting it to its new Owner’s needs.

Inspired by the property’s history and stunning architecture, we remodeled both the kitchen and all the interior and exterior bathrooms for our Nature Lover client’s needs of a spa-like experience and zen modern design.
